   - Technical experience in home appliance
   - Logic analysis of product quality
   - Dealer and ASP support
   - Training knowledge
3. SVC team - Section manager DSC management - HN office (1 headcount)
   - ASPs management experience/home appliance
   - Direct service management of Toshiba on KPI/manner/suggestion of main station operation.
   - Dealer support

Vinh:

1. SVC team - Group executive - Vinh office (1 headcount)
   - Control ASP KPI/Operation

Nha Trang:

1. SVC team - Group executive - Nha Trang office (1 headcount)

   - Accounting experience
   - Budget control
   - Planning
2. SVC team - Section manager DSC management - HCM office (1 headcount)
   - ASPs management experience/home appliance
   - Direct service management of Toshiba on KPI/manner/suggestion of main station operation.
   - Dealer support

Job Requirement

• 5 years experience in Customer services, After-sales services, Customer experiences, Technical services, Accounting & Planning, and other related domains.
• Customer services mindset
• Experiences in Electrical, Mobile, Technical services is a big plus
• Graduated with Bachelor/ College degree
• Proficiency in English is preferable.
