You will work closely with Project Managers, developers, and internal users to ensure requests are properly handled, tracked, and completed.
What You’ll Do
1. Internal Systems & Request Coordination
Act as a coordination point between internal users and technical teams
Convert user requests into clear, structured tickets
Track progress, follow up proactively, and close tasks properly
Maintain accurate records of requests and outcomes
2. User Onboarding & Support
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for internal systems
Serve as first-line support for basic user questions and access requests
Log issues, bugs, and feedback in a structured manner
3. Operations Support
Support internal operations and recurring administrative tasks
Keep trackers, documentation, and shared files organized
Flag risks, delays, or unclear requirements early

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 1 year of working experience in operations, admin, coordination, support, or similar roles
Strong sense of responsibility and follow-through
Organized, careful, and reliable in daily work
Comfortable communicating with multiple stakeholders
Fluent in written and spoken English
Basic Excel and computer skills
