ERP System Analyst

Job Description

This position will work closely with business users and provide both functional and technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, developing, and implementing system
solutions, business processes, reports and procedures that meet user requirements. The employee primary jobs focus should be on ERP software packages, manufacturing
operations, including production planning/scheduling, shop floor control and quality management functions. Knowledgeable in the manufacturing, financial, and supplemental ERP system (software packages). Work closely with all the departments to develop knowledge of business processes and system requirements.

Job Requirement

Educational Background

Bachelor Degree in Information Science or related field.

Working Experience 

3+ years’ experience in ERP (GLOVIA/EPICOR or other ERP applications).
3+ years’ experience in software development, implementation or support.

Special Abilities

·    Knowledge of the manufacturing process using ERP Business solutions (e.g... Epicor, ORACLE, SAP).

·    Ability to manage business requirements based on methodology.

·    Demonstrate experience in the support and/or implementation of business application software packages.

·    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with end-users and management. Have good oral and written communication skills in English.

·    Familiar with current databases technology including the ability to analyse programs and use utilities tools based on SQL, Oracle, ….

·    Familiar with several computer operating systems, relational databases and  report writing tools including MS SQL, Crystal Report, MS SSRS, Power BI.

·    Open to domestic and international travel.
