- Responsible in managing the implementation and execution of the Channel/RGM and Sales Commercial Strategies, along with the Picture of Success (PiCOS) that is communicated and translated correctly to the front-line sales team, for a best-in-class field execution in the bottler operation to win at every point of sale.
- Leads the commercial execution process driving the commercial strategies, optimizing sales performance and promoting business growth, aligns with cross-functional teams both within the Commercial bottler operations such as Channel/RGM, WatPOS, RTM and Sales Management and also with the SEAHKT regional team to deliver the right service and solutions to achieve an execution of excellence.
1. Leads the coordination among the cross functional teams such as WatPOS & RTM team & Sales teams to deliver an excellence of commercial execution based on the defined PiCOS (which includes both standard and dynamic), that will be implemented by the Sales front line; also collaborates with various departments in the organization such as marketing, operations, finance, supply chain to align commercial strategies in ensuring seamless execution.
2. Responsible in the assessment and funneling of commercial execution initiatives and asks by Commercial departments i.e. atPOS/ Category Marketing based on fixed and tactical programs set throughout the year-round calendar of activities, in accordance to the feasibility and capacity of market and resources in a given time period.
3. Leads and manages the execution of sales plans and initiatives, working closely with Sales head to ensure effective implementation of pricing strategies, promotional activities and campaigns. Monitors sales performance identifies areas of Sales improvement and provide guidance to optimize results. ; Execution plans (PiCOS and Tactical initiatives related) are well communicated and aligned across the sales front team and support into the Sales & Marketing Operative process where appropriate.
4. Responsible in managing the commercial execution KPIs and RED Score composition based on the guidelines set by the SEAHKT Commercial team, by conducting the monthly presentation of the commercial KPI results, identifying main opportunities by region and action plans for improvement to the Sales and Marketing Commercial team.
5. Manages the effective market execution through capability development of the Sales Front line in order to create differentiation and value to the market, by identifying Sales needs in terms of tools, knowledge know-how, competency-based training, or coaching.
6. Responsible in managing the digitalization initiatives of the Commercial Execution process by Identifying, defining, and prioritizing list of requirements and possible innovations needed for the actual & future technological tools used to help the front-line team execute a culture of excellence in the market, with the support of the SEAHKT Commercial team.
7. Lead the monthly RED performance result assessment (using the RED audit result done by the RED Audit and Operations team), by providing a synthesized report on the RED audit performance highlighting the performance drivers and analysis, provides support and recommendation identifying the areas for RED improvement to drive execution standards in the frontline operation.
Job Requirement
- University degree or above; Business administration, marketing or related field is required.
- At least 5 years managing in trade marketing/ commercial execution strategy and implementation projects within CPGs companies. Results of improvements.
- Industry knowledge in the CPG industry. Experience in commercial areas (trade marketing, sales, execution) in within companies inside the consumer goods industry (CPGs). Familiar across Sales operations and processes. Continuous improvement. People management.
- Multi-stakeholder engagement through working closely with Sales Team and Marketing Departments. Strong negotiation & communication skills. Collaborating with others; customer focus. Analytical with problem-solving ability.
- Excellent written and oral English and Local Language.
- Require sometimes business travel to other bottler/markets to participate/collaborate on training and sharing best practices.
