Job Purpose
The job holder is repsonsible for:
1. Omni Channel Management
2. Business campaign for area
3. Sales Excellence
4. Sales planning và lead allocation
5. Sale target, KPI setting
6. Sales Performance và Productivity
Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Omni Channel Management
- Support sales force in business operations, drive implementation of sales and service model và business management
- Manage performance and capacity
2. Business campaign for area
- Develop, implement, and manage business programs tailored to the specifics of each area
- Coordinate stakeholders to create guidelines, communication, sales documentations, training materials
- Develop sales contest
3. Sales Excellence
- Guide implementation management
- Carry out training/coaching
- Change management administration
- Build process of sales monitoring
Key Accountabilities (2)
4. Sales planning và lead allocation
- Propose recommendations for methodology, orientation, methods, criteria for business planning and allocation of targets
- Support implementation of business plan in each unit
5. Sale target, KPI setting
- Proposing recommendations on how to set sales targets and build KPIs for the sales force
6. Sales Performance và Productivity
- Proposals to improve business efficiency and productivity
Job Requirement
Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Economics / Finance / Banking / Marketing / Business Administration
- Priority to have a master's degree or higher"
- Minimum 8 years in the position related to financial analysis / credit / market research, marketing of finance and banking
- Prioritize work experience related to corporate customers"
- Mimimum TOEIC 650 or equivalent
