Share quality control experience at sample development status;
Record down the key point for sample fabric check.
2. Guide the inspector for sample fabric inspection
Arrange sample fabric inspection;
Linspection result preparation & sharing.
3. Summarize the sample fabric quality issue with R & D colleague through the daily sample meeting
Immediately respond to R& D colleague on defect situations that arise;
Participate in defects checking and quality evaluation together with TSC colleague.
4. Subcontract factory evaluate
Subcontract factory visit & report;
Subcontact factory performance review and KPI setup.
5. Color approval for sample fabric
Review the sample fabric color;
Work with close dye master for color quality control to ensure achieve customer requirement.
6. Other support ad hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirement
Education: University, major: Business administration, textile engineering or related;
Experience: Over 3 years's experience, experience in the Textiles and/ or Garment manufacturing is preferred;
Language: Fluency in English and/ or Chinese;
Knowledge and skills: Quality control process, pattern review & alteration, collaboration, communications and influencing, decision making and problem solving.
