Manage and implement facilities maintenance schedules and routine inspections.
Ensure facility tasks are completed on time, complying with safety regulations and company policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve facilities technical issues.
Proactive proposal for improving the system and enhancement.
2. Coordination and Supervision:
Supervise contractors and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Collaborate with departments, contractors, and consultants to address technical issues.
3. Documentation and Improvement:
Develop and refine forms, checklists, and procedures for daily inspections and maintenance tracking.
Prepare technical reports and monitor equipment performance.
4. Compliance and Ad-Hoc Support:
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, company policies, and regulations.
Support ad-hoc tasks and urgent matters as assigned by management.
5. Safety and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with fire safety and workplace safety regulations.
Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Major/Subject: Electrical/Mechatronics/Mechanical/Facilities Engineering or its equivalent.;
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in facilities and 1-2 years in supervisor facilities maintenance or other relevant fields.; boiler, WWTP and air compressor experience will be essential
Language: Fluency in English, Chinese is a plus;
Technical Skills: Ability to use AutoCAD and proficiency in MS Office; Experience in project management, including budgeting and scheduling.
