We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Factory Manager to play a key role in overseeing all aspects of our production process. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of personnel across various departments, including Embroidery, Material Warehouse, Accessory Warehouse, and Finished Goods Warehouse. Your primary focus will be on optimizing production efficiency, ensuring quality control, and meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:
Develop and implement a human resources plan to ensure sufficient staffing levels across all production departments.
Oversee the compliance of managers with company policies and regulations.
Address and resolve complaints raised by managers.
Appoint and assign personnel based on company regulations and actual production needs.
Guide and mentor managers/leaders based on the established promotion process.
Evaluate the performance of managers.
Production Planning and Control:
Develop and implement production schedules that meet deadlines and optimize resource utilization.
Communicate production plan information to Production Managers.
Monitor production progress and identify and solve any arising issues.
Manage all input and output activities within the production process.
Oversee maintenance scheduling for machinery and equipment.
Track and maintain adherence to shipping schedules.
Quality Control and Reporting:
Review and analyze reports related to productivity, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
Implement strategies to address issues identified in reports.
Ensure adherence to quality control standards throughout the production process.
Strategic Management:
Participate in building the company's strategic objectives, specifically focusing on production goals and annual implementation plans.
Team Management:
Lead and manage personnel activities within the Maintenance & Engineering (M&E) team.
Address and resolve any challenges faced by the M&E team.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar role within the garment manufacturing industry.
Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to effectively manage a large and diverse team.
In-depth knowledge of garment production processes, quality control standards, and warehouse management principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in the English language.
Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools for production planning and quality management.
