Job Description

Những công việc hằng ngày trong khu vực hoàn tấtDaily works in Final
Phân công, sắp xếp và theo dõi những công việc hằng ngày của QC/Assign, arrange and follow inspectors of their daily jobs
Theo dõi hệ thống QC, báo cáo, phiếu báo lỗi, dán tem sản phẩm/Follow QC system, reports, control ticket, stamping … .
Phải giám sát và đảm bảo chất lượng hàng hóa trước khi chuyển qua đóng gói /Supervise and assure the quality of items before packing
Làm việc trôi chảy, tránh tồn động/Work smoothly to avoid stagnating
Làm việc chặt chẽ với phòng kỹ thuật, sản xuất để phòng tránh và giải quyết vấn đề khi xảy ra và tìm biện pháp để hạn chế vấn đề đó xảy ra lần nữa./Work closely with tech, production to prevent, solve any issue and find solution to stop happening again.
Làm việc thân thiện với tất cả QC, khuyến khích họ làm việc tích cực, hợp tác với những nhóm hay phòng ban liên quan/Work friendly with all inspectors; encourage them to work hard; cooperate with relevant
groups and department
Thường xuyên đi đến từng khu vực kiểm tra để tránh sai sót và hướng dẫn họ làm việc nếu có thể/Regularly goes around each group to check in order to prevent any mistake & guide workers
anything, if possible.
Viết báo cáo hàng ngày để theo dõi tình hình sản phẩm/Write daily report to follow item status.
Xem qua báo cáo quy trình và quá trình đóng tem để đảm bảo tem đóng đúng, đủ/Overview processing report and stamping to make sure everything fit together.
Giám sát việc kiểm tra sản phẩm hoàn tất về màu, cấu trúc, vẻ hoàn thiện, các sản phẩm điện, tem/Supervise checking finished items: color, construction, appearance, electric items, stamp,
Hàng phải được kiểm tra đầy đủ trước và sau. /All case checked in and out in fully set
Theo dõi và quản lý các công việc hàng ngày của cấp dưới. /All subordinates guided and monitored in their daily working
Khu vực kiểm hàng Chỉ để kiểm hàng, không được để hàng hóa và phải luôn được giữ gìn sạch sẽ, ngăn nắp./The checking area IS just for checking not stocked and always clear and clean
Bảng thông báo phải luôn được sử dụng đúng mục đích và trình bày dễ hiểu./Notice board is also and always nice looking and right purpose
Chuẩn bị đủ và chịu trách nhiệm quản lý các dụng cụ, đèn và công cụ kiểm hảng hàng ngày. /Tools, lights, gauges for daily checking always ready and enough. This must be keep under responsibility

Job Requirement

Làm việc tích cực, chân thật, thẳng thắn và chủ động trong công việc/Hard working, honest, straight, and active behavio
Tối thiểu là phải tốt nghiệp THPT/Graduated High school at least
Biết đọc bản vẽ/Knowledge to read full size drawing
Biết cách sắp xếp, lãnh đạo và tổ chức công việc/Knowledge to arrangement and strong in leadership/ organization
Biết theo dõi hệ thống QC và đặt lợi ích công ty lên trên/Follow QC system and put the company’s benefit above
Có thể làm việc độc lập và chịu được áp lực cao trong công việc/Can work independently and under high pressure
Có khả năng giao tiếp và truyền đạt thông tin/Good at communication & transmit information
Có khả năng giải quyết và quyết định vấn đề/Good at solving problem & making decision
Có khả năng làm việc theo nhóm/Good at team-working
Có trách nhiệm cao trong công việc/High responsibly for job
