Financial Accountant (6 months)

Job Description

• Check and post expenses, incoming invoice (material, service, asset, acrual…), bank into FAST/ProApha properly.
• Ensure the accounting entry be posted accurately reflected the company's transactional reality through the timely posting of all required items and ensure compliance with Vietnam regulations.
• Resonsible for all posting of accounting’s activities and trial balance on FAST/ProApha
• Responsible for VAT, FWCT tax report.
• Responsible for storage accounting documents/ data compliant with Vietnam Tax regulation
• Assist with financial statements/reporting.
• Issuing invoice.
• Other tasks will be assigned by leader from time to time

Job Requirement

1. Education background and working experience:

• University graduated major : Accounting, Finance
• Expert knowledge of VAS, IRFS
• 3-4 year’s experience at the similar position.
• Experience in manufacturing company.
• Master knowledge of FAST/ ProAlpha are required.

2. Skill:

• Good communication and cooperation skill.
• Good in Excel, power BI skill.
• Well-adapted to tough reporting deadlines and able to work under time pressure
• Ability to work in a team.
• Good in oral and Witten English.
