Perform market reasearch, providing insights into economic, industry and market trends to identify risks and opportunities
Monitor and analyze macroeconomic indicators to support investment strategies.
Work closely with the financial partners to set up process and daily operations
Make project financial plans, cash flow forecasting, cost control.
Appraisal and feasibility assessment of new investment projects.
Participate in building Land fund development strategy and expanding list of projects.
Provide financial advice to BOD on investment decisions through analysis and assessment of advantages and disadvantages of investment scenarios.
Evaluate and make recommendations on options to optimize costs and increase the financial efficiency of the project.
Identify risks that affect the project and make recommendations on risk prevention and mitigation measures.
Collect the input parameters, use financial models to analyze/evaluate/appraise the values of assets including (Land use rights, House ownership rights, construction, ...), investment projects
Survey, research the market, collect information and propose a market price range
Coordinate with the chief accountants and other departments to monitor and develop reports related to projects.
Make internal reports as required by Managers, General Director, Head office
Others relevant works if required from BOD.
Have a Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related fields
At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, planning & investment at Real estate companies
Having CFA/CPA Certificate is an advantage
Able to organize and control work, leadership, communication skill, problem solving skill
Able to work independently, work under pressure, enthusiastic and committed to work, patient, always have the spirit to support other departments
Have knowledge in the field of financial analysis, investment, evaluation
Experience in project financial modeling
Can use accounting software, MS Office
Good communication in English
