GA Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for 01 member to join General Affairs Team. Eligible candidate will be in charge of main tasks as below:

- Control expenses and timely make payment for GA services: bus, taxi, business trip, air ticket, mobile phone...

- Responsible for Purchasing procedure for all GA goods and services (MRO, E-work)

- Control overall mobile phones and transportations

- Report directly to Assistant Manager on a daily, weekly, monthly basis

- Handle GA tasks as required.

Job Requirement

- Bachelor Degree and above

- Have at least 3 years of working experience in relevant position or GA/Admin section in manufacturing company.

- Freshers with Accounting background are welcome.

- Intermediate English (Japanese is a plus)

- Proficiency in MS Office and computer skills

- Have good communication, problem-solving and time management skills, willing to work under high pressure

- Honest, active, flexible and high responsibility
