Garment Technician (Waterproof Clothing)

Job Description

We're hiring a Garment Technician (Waterproof Clothing) for a foreign-invested company:

• Deploy and assign specific work to staff
• Apply the spirit of "continuous improvement", and "development for production" in the activities of the department
• Organize training, teach and improve skills for employees
• Proposing structure, methods and materials to reduce costs and facilitate mass production.
• Check, confirm and transfer documents to the shared drive; for production
• Create item code on company's ERP system
• Guide and directly handle problems arising on the line related to CNC processing
• Supporting professional and technical matters
• Planning and assigning specific tasks to members in the room.

Job Requirement

• Gender: Male / Female, under 45  years old
• Graduated from university or higher 
• At least 3 years of experience in the Gore-Tex process
• Having experience in CNC machines such as laser cutting, ultrasonic cutting, seam gluing, automatic sewing
• Good at English
