We are currently seeking a General Accountant who will manage account entries, documents, payments and finances for the company, and ensure that the company has accurate financial records.
DUTIES
Accounting operations:
Ensure all accounting activities of the company are recorded properly according to the Vietnamese law and to company requirements;
Record all non-cash transactions, e.g. salaries, insurance, PIT, and transfer in the month-end close;
Calculate costing and analyze of variable cost;
Perform monthly bookkeeping closing, including checking the work of accountants;
Reconcile general ledger versus sub-account ledger and prepare financial statements for monthly, quarterly, and yearly;
Ensure timely submission of periodic reports related to taxation (VAT, PIT, CIT, FCWT, audited financial statement, and all other taxes) and statutory compliance (DPI, Statistics);
Perform counting for inventory/assets according to the company’s regulations;
Accounting management:
Prepare management reports to other departments
Participate in the preparation of reports and explanations for the periodical audit of the company;
Overall the CRM & ERP systems and assist other departments for any issues related to accounting
Track P&L budget according to business unit for monthly, quarterly, and yearly;
Perform other accounting & finance tasks assigned by the HR & Finance Manager.
Job Requirement
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting;
Advance knowledge in Vietnamese Accounting Standards and the prevailing tax regulations;
Minimum 2 years experienced in General Accounting position;
Excellent in Excel skill (excel formula applied)
Having experience with Oracle or ERP system is preferred
Curiosity & problem-solving skills;
Ability to work under pressure;
Communication in English;
