- Identifying new sales opportunities and enjoys contacting prospects with a value-added approach;
- Demonstrated ability to sell solutions, identify and solve complex customer’s requirement;
- Creating and executing upon a sales strategy, including market analysis customer mapping and customer-specific action plans.
- Consultative selling and acting as an advisor of our sustainable and optimized transport packaging solutions and services;
- Pro-actively engage with customer to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services;
- Work closely together with other companies and functions, such as engineering, sourcing, customer service and manufacturing;
- Accurately forecast distribution and volume targets; sales pipeline management and reporting
- Teaching us something we didn't know before about our product or industry.
- Telling us about something that's wrong with our product or go-to-market strategy along with a concrete and detailed plan on how you would try to improve it.
- Bold predictions about the future of technology (we look forward to hearing about those!)
- Understanding of and enthusiasm for Machine Learning, generative models and GPT-3 in particular
- Be fluent in English language with good communication and negotiation skills
- Passionate about sales and loves the thrill of new business and meeting customers’ needs;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, can easily connect with people at all levels;
- Self-driven, reliable and can work independently to deliver results;
- Ability to handle different tasks and projects in parallel, while maintaining quality;
- Demonstrates willingness and ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally to obtain information or solve problems in support of the team’s goals;
- Ability to work effectively with others to secure customer deadlines and deliverables; supports others and share information to succeed as a team;
- Takes initiative, makes things happen and drive the agenda forward to reach results and expectations;
- Technical understanding and ability to translate and present technical aspects in a way that customer representatives and other stakeholders understands.
- Interest in learning how businesses can successfully use social media
