1. Key Responsibilities
1.1. Manage QC team
o Arrange QC staff properly to ensure QC activities run smoothly at all sections during production. Control overtime, annual leave & performance of QC team, lab technician.
o Supervise QC staff and lab technician in maintaining a clean and well-organized work area;
o Evaluate performance of QC staff yearly.
1.2. Ensure Food safety & quality requirements/
o Establish & review documents related to QC function (WI, SOP, record…).
o Conduct training for QC team proper in quality control techniques and adherence to SOPs;
o Ensure QC team following SOP on checking & testing from material to FGs.
o Recommend, as appropriate, the suspension of raw material, semi-product, products or the release of product when quality standards are not achieved;
o Manage QC document control, review and approve daily;
o Ensure all activities of laboratory run smoothly.
o Conduct training in product quality if required.
o Participate in GMP, production sanitation and safety throughout manufacturing process and issue the corrective action plan to correct any identified non-conformities;
o Support in identifying root-cause & corrective, preventive action for customer complaint, quality issue…
o Support factory in ensuring that food safety systems run smoothly & meet standard.
o Responsible for Pest control in factory: monitor/evaluate Pest control service monthly. Support in identifying root-cause and proposing solution for improvement in terms of insect issue.
o Monitor & follow up with 3rd parties about sampling & analysis result.

o Support relevant departments about project in factory.
o Comply with company rules, requirements, regulations on health, security, safety & environment according to factory standards and ISO systems of the company
o Other duties as assigned by direct manager.

1. Requirements
o Graduated from college or above (University degree is an advantage) and having at least 2 years of experience in related industry or with related products.
o Proficient of Microsoft office tools: Word, Excel, Power point.
o Understand HACCP/ BRC/ IFS/ FSSC 22000/ HALAL/ Kosher or relevant systems.
o Able to communicate, read & write in English.
o Soft kills: teamwork, time management, coordination…
