1. Hỗ trợ thiết lập các thủ tục liên quan đến chất lượng sản phẩm, kiểm soát tài liệu, hồ sơ
Support to establish procedures related to product quality, control documents and records
2. Giám sát kiểm tra chất lượng và kiểm soát chất lượng thành phẩm
Supervise quality inspection and quality control of finished good
3. Báo cáo các điểm không phù hợp cho cấp trên và liên hệ với các bộ phận liên quan để tìm giải pháp
Report non-conformities to superior and communicate to relevant departments to find solution
4. Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác trong quá trình xử lý các sự cố hoặc vấn đề về chất lượng sản phẩm
nhằm đáp ứng yêu cầu của khách hàng
Coordinate to other departments in handling troubles or quality product issues in process in order to
meet customer’s requirements
5. Đảm bảo tất cả quá trình sản xuất được kiểm tra theo yêu cầu của khách hàng đối với nội tuyến, sơ
bộ và cuối cùng, theo thời hạn đã định
Ensure all production is inspected according to the customer requirements for in-line, pre-final and
final, according to the scheduled deadlines
6. Hỗ trợ kiểm soát chất lượng cho sản phẩm mới
Support quality control for new products
7. Theo dõi hàng ngày đầu vào / đầu ra so với tiến độ sản xuất và kế hoạch của nhà máy
Daily monitoring input / output against production schedules and factory plans
8. Báo cáo hàng tuần về tỷ lệ đạt / không đạt và hàng bị từ chối
Weekly reporting on passed / failed rates and rejected goods
9. Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên
Perform other duties as assigned
1. 1-3 năm kinh nghiệm tại các vị trí liên quan
1-3 years experience at relevant positions
2. Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong ngành in tem nhãn
Preferred candidates with experience in label printing industry
3. Hiểu biết vững chắc về các quy trình chất lượng, đặc biệt là trong ngành in ấn
Solid understanding of the quality processes, especially in printing industry
4. Có khả năng quản lý, động viên, đào tạo và phát triển bản thân, nhóm và nhà máy để đạt tiêu chuẩn
chất lượng xuất sắc trong suốt quá trình sản xuất
Able to manage, motivate, train and develop self, team and factories to achieve excellent quality
standards throughout the production process
5. Người giải quyết vấn đề, xử lý các vấn đề thực tế và con người
A Problem solver, dealing with practical and people problems
6. Có kinh nghiệm với các yêu cầu phê duyệt phù hợp với tiền sản xuất và sản xuất
Experienced with pre-production and production fit approval requirements
7. Có khả năng đưa ra quyết định thương mại về chất lượng và hình thức
Ability to make commercial decisions on quality and appearance
