Job Description
Purpose:
Responsible for selling/trading ground/finished pepper to existing and new customers and achieving optimum financial results.
Desription:
- Sell/trade ground/ finished pepper.
- Implement trading strategies to maximize profitability while effectively managing risk.
- Work with factory about quality specifications to meet demand of customer.
- Collaborate with factory and supply chain teams to coordinate the shipments.
- Visit factory and manage quality of shipments.
- Evaluate market to expand production & diversify products.
- Participate in international food ingredient fair.
- Develop and maintain relationship with existing customers.
- Find new customers, expand new market and complete sales targets while effectively managing risk.
Job Requirement
- In-depth knowledge of global pepper market.
- Ability to work under pressure and work independently.
- Flexible and able to multi-task.
- Willingness to travel domestically or internationally.
