Group Leader (Analyst Chemical Testing)

Job Description

· Set up and perform assigned chemical test includes evaluation test result, recording related document.

· Train, arrange staff to ensure team member capability of handling task accurately and efficiently.

· Assist Lab supervisor, technical manager in development, validation new test method.

· Report test result or inspection report on time provide necessary technical information to group leader, supervisor, and technical manager and or project team members.

· Perform inspection / sample sampling / loading supervision services at customer side on requirement (if any)

· Ensure proper documentation according to ISO17025 and ISO 9001 and support QM team members in setting up and maintaining the quality systems.

· Arrange checking, maintenance of test machines and other laboratory facilities as well as ensure the availability of required equipment and tools for testing.

· Ensure laboratory is always tidy, neat and comply HSE regulation.

· Carry out other specified duties and functions as directed by Assistant Manager, Technical Manager, Local Field Manager

Job Requirement

·       At least 3 years of experience in chemical testing

·       Experience in sample preparation and analytical methods.

·       Good knowledge of ensuring the validity of chemical test results

·       Good time management skill, leadership skill

·       Experience at working both independently and in a team oriented.

·       Good knowledge of ISO 17025 requirements procedures

·       Fair command of both spoken and written English, MS office
