Overview
The Growth Marketing Manager will drive multi-channel growth initiatives, optimize the customer journey, and accelerate business expansion across healthcare/pharma services.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute growth strategies to boost customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
Optimize the AARRR funnel (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Revenue, Referral).
Analyze customer behavior and performance data to identify growth opportunities.
Lead A/B testing, experimentation initiatives, and funnel optimization.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations to improve user experience and drive sustainable growth.
Monitor key growth metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, cohort performance, conversion rates.
4+ years of experience in growth marketing or similar roles.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
Experience working with marketing automation, attribution, and analytics tools.
Preferably experienced in healthcare, tech, e-commerce, or consumer-driven industries.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
