· Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and inventory teams to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and dispatched on time.

· Identify and escalate recurring issues or trends in order-related tickets to management for process improvement.
· Work closely with the IT department to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues affecting order processing.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to order processing and customer support.
Job Requirement
· Proven Experience: Previous experience in order processing, logistics, or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management position.
