岗位职责：Job Description

1、办公室日常需求采购、费用缴纳、用品管理维护、报销管理、现金流水账、车辆管理、文件管理、固定资产管理 Office daily requirement purchase, pay for fee bill( property, rent, network, water, electric, etc.), Office maintain, help to claim expense, cash management, car management) and some paper works.

2、执行公司各类通知 publish company informs

3、前台接待及翻译等 help to reception or translation

4、人员招聘、面试安排。入职、离职安排 manage hiring, on boarding, off boarding, labor contract,etc

5、考勤、绩效汇总，及工资表制作 collect all the attendance records，kpi records and calculate the salary.

6、医社保缴纳、增减员 manage social insurance increase or decrease

7、福利、活动安排 arrange welfare activity

8、配合其他部门需求，例如提供税务要求的薪资等文件 coordinate the other department needs, for example: support some paper works like salary for tax compliance purpose.

8、配合总部需求 coordinate to head office needs
