1. Assigned area management:
- Manage Pharmacists and Product Specialists to build a customer database with detailed profiles of hospitals/medical centers/pharmacies/private clinics/key healthcare professionals etc.
- Evaluate, classify and identify target customers accurately. Prioritize potential areas
- Establish and maintain close relationships with key clients by ensuring services and advice meet client needs
- Monitor and supervise market trends and competitor activities in the area under management.
- Collect and report market information to the Monitoring and Marketing team
- Support the Marketing department in developing the overall plan and detailed annual brand awareness activities. Implement detailed engagement programs/activities, to ensure awareness raising activities for healthcare professionals are aligned with the company's strategy and objectives
- Handle issues related to Sales Operations within a given area of jurisdiction
Planning and Organizing:
- Use customer database to prepare weekly and monthly work plans, detailed daily calls, resource allocation plans or marketing activities to users.
2. Business Development:
- Develop new business opportunities with current and potential customers
- Ensure successful implementation of all Sales and Marketing programs within assigned territory. Closely monitor and provide feedback on programs to management
- Make effective sales calls daily and maintain records. Resolve product complaints in a timely manner
- Proactively and effectively manage diverse activities (product demonstrations, consultations) in various related fields: hospitals, medical centers, and other consumer organizations
3. Other activities:
- Regularly update product knowledge as well as professional health knowledge
- Complete reports on time and as required
- Ensure that operations comply with the Company's Operating Principles and strictly comply with the laws of the host country.
- Other tasks assigned by direct manager.
- Develop, motivate and train a team of Pharmacists and Product Specialists and provide guidance in work and development
- Set and monitor individual work goals to ensure effective work management.
- Graduated from University of Pharmacy.
- 2-3 years of experience in management positions. Priority is given to candidates with experience in both hospital and pharmacy channels at a multinational pharmaceutical company.
- Experience working in the healthcare industry
- Good communication skills and work independently

- Know how to organize work in group
