Job Description
Collaborate with all the external and internal included the merchandise and retail team to facilitate effective brand process:
- Inventory coordination for stock counting & movement management
- Coordinate brand-related legal and accounting matters, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.
- Trade promotion documentation process
- Bonus and Incentive documentation process
- Act as a liaison between the brand principles and internal teams including NSO
- Facilitate the design and process for VM, product labels, ensuring alignment with brand standards ( QR code, product and pricing label)
- Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate the movement of merchandise between suppliers, warehouses, and retail locations.
- Collaboration to ensure accurate tracking of shipments and resolve any logistical issues promptly.
- Manage travel arrangements for team members.
Job Requirement
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an equivalent position, preference given to candidates from retail companies, especially in the fashion industry.
Good communication and persuasion skills.
Honest, careful, quick-witted, and sociable.
Proficient in push sales and personnel management.
Efficient working under high-pressure conditions.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Quick learning ability, understanding, and performing tasks as required by superiors when necessary.
Proficient in Excel.
Strong human resource management skills.
Fluent in English.
