HCM - Brand Coordinator (Lush)

Job Description

Collaborate with all the external and internal included the merchandise and retail team to facilitate effective brand process:

• Inventory coordination for stock counting & movement management
• Coordinate brand-related legal and accounting matters, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.
• Trade promotion documentation process
• Bonus and Incentive documentation process
• Act as a liaison between the brand principles and internal teams including NSO
• Facilitate the design and process for VM, product labels, ensuring alignment with brand standards ( QR code, product and pricing label)
• Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate the movement of merchandise between suppliers, warehouses, and retail locations.
• Collaboration to ensure accurate tracking of shipments and resolve any logistical issues promptly.
• Manage travel arrangements for team members.
