Job Description
- Review the monthly attendance and payroll of partners.
- Check and process data related to performance bonuses and allowances.
- Verify resignation documents and re-signing from departments to ensure timely processing.
- Organize, classify, and manage personnel files.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
- Assist in addressing employee inquiries.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
Job Requirement
Education level , certification:
- Age: 23 - 30 years old
- College or University degree: Priority formajor related to Human Resources Management
Experience:
- At least 02 years working with the familiar responsibility
- Knowledge about Labor code, Insurance, PIT and other law andregulation relating to HR Field: C&B
- Good Skill relating to calculating Payroll, PIT, Insurance….
Individual Characteristics:
- Communication with calm,effectively, out-going, sense of humor, friendly and open-minded
- High sense of responsibility inconfidential matter
- Be able to work under high pressure
- Languages, computers, etc...
- Good written and verbalcommunication skills, both in English and Vietnamese
- Good at computer skills (Word,Excel, Power point...)
