· Supervise and support the RT&D team, ensuring their alignment with Maison's training objectives.
· Responsible for devising and executing monthly/yearly training plans in line with organizational goals.
· Oversee the quality and effectiveness of the trainer team and training programs, utilizing various assessment methods including in-class assessments, store checklists, and evaluations.
· Identify current and future training needs, particularly focusing on behavioral and competency-based training requirements.
· Implement training programs as necessary to ensure store teams meet Maison's customer service standards.
· Manage the budget and finances associated with training initiatives, optimizing resources for maximum impact.
· Centralize and manage all team reporting data to track performance and inform strategic decisions.
· Develop tailored training programs to meet brand requirements and enhance team capabilities.
· Develop strategic plans and annual training calendars to guide the LnD team's activities and priorities.
Job Requirement
1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Hospitality, Economy or equivalent.
2. Work Experience:
· At least 3 to 5 years in conducting Sales Training or Customer Service Training
· Preferably Supervisor/5 years & up experienced employee specialized in Training & Development or equivalent
3. Functional skills:
· Current knowledge of effective training & development methods
· Vietnamese and English proficiency
· Excellent Presentation Skills
· Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
· Excellent written and oral communication and translation skills
· Proficient in MS office applications
