Job Description

1. Planning/Budgeting
- Define appropriate people strategies, policies and procedures to support the strategic direction of LOTTE Finance, its corporate values and its short and medium term business objectives.
- Define and monitor staff cost/budget and ensure it meets the objective of improving productivity, efficiency across the organization.
2. Operation and service excellence
- Provide organisational review and recommendation for changes to the GD and Company leaders to proactively ensure we have the appropriate structure/ workforce in alignment with Company directions, Business needs, and market practices
- Provide advice/consutancy on the development of effective employment policies/programs across the company
- Partner with business leaders to come up with people solutions to align betweeen Company goals and Business goals
- Ensure that the company complies with current labor regulations, accepted standards and practices.
- Drive the HR Department in achieving an operational and customer excellence via:
+ Standardizing HR model, structure, processes and procedures
+ Establishing and enhancing a robust recruiting and onboarding processes and services to attract the right talents to meet business objectives and goals
+ Defining and enhancing reward and recognition schemes and operations to keep policies being competitive with the market while able to recognize and retain strong and excellent performers
+ Defining and improving performance management process and procedures, with linkage to talent development practices to maintain a high performance culture
+ Enhancing competency and linking to learning solutions provided to individuals/businesses
3. People development
- Provide professional leadership, support and development as well as share best practices to HR staff, in order to enhance competencies, expand knowledge to ensure that relevant professional standards are met.
4. Others: Undertake other tasks assigned by GD and Company leaders

Job Requirement

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Masters degree preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in the HR, including at least 05 years of management experience;

- Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively multi-task 
- Demonstrated sound judgment and solid conceptual-thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop innovative solutions to problem situations
