Build and Manage Teams to handle Payroll & Outsourcing service for clients nationwide with the best service quality & accuracy.
Compensation & Benefit
Review all the C&B jobs for Client’s related to monthly payroll, PIT report, SI, MI& UI report, Headcount Report, Cost Center Breakdown Reports to make sure the accuracy of all reports provided to clients
Control contract management, including offer letter & contract preparation, contract extension, contract termination for clients
Directly process monthly payroll, PIT & SI, MI, UI Report for big clients Consult clients for factory for newly set up: Time & attendance record system/module, procedure for mass recruitment, staff handbook, HR Policies & procedures...
Conduct orientation program for new hired employees in a Factories
Build up master-list for better HR management system & systematic hard employees profile filling.
Advise clients for any HR matters to ensure this compliance with the Vietnamese Labor Law (such as process of re-structure the system, Labor discipline)
Support & advise clients to build up total rewards to be competitive with the Market
Recruitment, Training & Development
Handle recruitment activities for internal headcount of Payroll & Outsourcing (POS) service
Propose the training course for individuals of POS Team to perform well & reach their job target & individual career development plan
Set up KPI for individuals to reach the financial & non-financial Target
Conduct performance appraisal for Team (2 times per year) to review KPI & performance of individuals for any adjustment & improvement process.
Responsible for business & development for Payroll & Outsourcing service, research & approach new Clients

Female
A minimum of 3 years of client management experience in the POS industry and/or HR solutions.
Customer-focused with a service-orientated approach.
Knowledge/exposure to international payroll/HR/Payroll interfaces.
