Responsible for full cycle of recruitment process, expanding talent pools and delivering a high standard service that exceeds business needs for Sales division:
Develop and execute creative sourcing list to identify qualified candidates for a variety of roles across the company.
Serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to hiring managers, providing expert guidance on recruiting best practices.
Proactively manage the full cycle recruitment process for assigned requisitions, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Utilize Boolean search strings and other advanced sourcing techniques to identify active and passive candidates.
Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess fit for open positions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and compliance regulations.
Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to support continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition function.
Prepare regular reports on recruiting metrics and progress against goals.
Perform other related duties as required.
Job Requirement
4+ years of experience in Sales Recruitment, preferably in Finance/Banking fields.
Strong understanding of current recruiting trends and practices.
Good at communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Open-minded and willing to learn.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS).
