[Hoan Kiem Dist, Hanoi] Senior Accounting - 1 year contract (16M-21M) (16149)

Job Description

1. Manage progress of jobs, tasks assigned to juniors (2- 4 juniors), and client deadlines
2. Perform detailed review of client accounting and tax reports as prepared by juniors:
- Review accounting entries and monthly accounting reports.
- Review monthly payroll and other liability according to payroll.
- Review tax declaration, including VAT, PIT, CIT and FCT.
3. Assist in spot services such as review and due diligence for M&A projects. (Mergers & Acquisitions )
4. Managing 2- 4 junior staffs and report to Manager (Vietnamese) & Senior Manager (Japanese)

Job Requirement

• Bachelor degree in accounting, auditing, finance, banking, commerce.
• At least 3-4 years experience in accounting or auditing, tax consultanting.
• English: At least Intermedidate level.
