HR Administrative Assistant (Internship Student)

Job Description

• Support recruitment and admintrative tasks
• Updating our internal databases with new employee information like contact details and employment forms
• Support training organization
• Record training attendants
• other tasks as assigned

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor degree students or new graduated in related fields such as Business Admin., HR etc.
2. English and computer MS Office litteracy
3. Be able to work from 8.00-17.30, 5 days / weeks
4. Good interpersoal skills 
5. Proactive with Can do attitude
