Responsible for full hiring process for the project “C-HawkVN”
- Perform recruitment process includes monitor the Manpower Requisitions, Job postings, Pe-interview & do CV matrix analysis, interview arrangement, job offer and acceptance, orientation, update employees’ record etc.
- Provide day to day local HR operations support including onboarding (conduct orientation training for new-hires) & offboarding
• Organize proper record-keeping and filing of employee correspondences and documents.
• Assist in training process includes monitor the training requisition, source for training courses, update training records includes internal/external trainings and on-the-job trainings.
• Handle and manage government training grant applications. Assist in preparing for in-house training such as refreshments, setting up training venue, etc.
• Preparation of HR-related reports.
• To support HR activities such as festival celebration, annual dinners, CSR, town hall meeting, etc.
