Lead and manage a large-scale HR team, ensuring efficient and effective HR operations.
Oversee organizational development (OD), compensation & benefits (C&B), administration (Admin), and regional HR teams responsible for recruitment and office administration.
Implement and manage HR information systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities.
Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Work with Korean HR manger within the business management team.
Job Requirement
Practical experience in a Human Resources Manager role or other HR leadership positions.
Strong knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and databases.
Ability to develop strategies and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and manage effective interpersonal relationships at all levels within the organization.
Deep understanding of labor laws and best HR practices.
English skills: Business English
Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
