Collaborate with HR Development team and other internal departments to execute training sessions for employees (E-learning system; Internal and External training; Promotion training; Succession training).
Assist with training deployment (scheduling, sending invitation, collecting feedback, other logistical arrangement)
Collect and analyze the feedbacks from employees after training class by making reports.
Conduct research, stay up to date on learning trends in the industry, and recommend new training programs.
Work with outside training vendors in order to hold the external training classes effectively.
Report about training work weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ yearly as supervisors’ requirements.
Other tasks relating to HR – ADM assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirement
At least 1 year experience in HR & Admin
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to plan and coordinate multiple projects
Teamwork skills, hardworking, careful, and willing to learn
Detail-oriented, committed to high-quality work.
Can use office equipment, well at using Microsoft Office (PPT, Word, Excel)
