Human resource procedures: Issue and maintain human resource policies and procedures to meet the requirements of company regulations and standards (Labor regulations, collective labor agreements, basic labor policies, etc.)
Support the management of the salary and benefits system, C&B policies/activities (salary, bonuses, benefits, social insurance, evaluation, rewards...); proactively propose and participate in initiatives to improve the company's policies and procedures to ensure competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
Administration & Company Culture building : Build and maintain labor relations between departments, address employee concerns and resolve disputes between employees and company management.
Recruitment: Analyze, plan, and implement recruitment programs; Attract, interview, and select the right candidates to meet an organization's needs; Monitor employee onboarding process.

Job Requirement
Graduated from university with a major in economics, human resource management, law, etc
Candidates must be female who was born from 1988 to 1992.
Available for travelling abroad in short term (1 week).
Have good management skills and leadership ability
Have at least 4 years of experience in administrative and human resource management positions
Good in English.
Priority is given to candidates who have worked in steel structures field or the same
