- Recruitment: Responsible for recruitment for the sample development division, including sourcing, screening candidates, organizing interviews, and supporting the hiring process.
- Welcoming foreign clients: Coordinate with relevant departments to receive and guide customers during their visit to the company.
- Event preparation: Plan and organize internal events, meetings, and training programs for sample department employees.
- Document and file management: Monitor, update, and manage personnel records, employment contracts, and HR-related documents for the sample department.
- Administrative support: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth administrative operations, including office supply management, asset control, and business trip arrangements.
- Coordination and reporting: Work closely with related departments to ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
- Process improvement: Propose and implement initiatives to improve HRGA processes.
- Other tasks: Perform additional duties as assigned by superiors.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in HR & GA, preferably in manufacturing industries, especially in footwear or sample development.
- Language skills: Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- Soft skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Computer skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Personality: Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and a good team player.
