Support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.
Maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices
Key Responsibilities:
To all HR functions such as:
Oversee all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics.
Develop HR strategies and provide advice to the top management on all related subjects in line with organizational objectives.
Plan and lead human resources strategies by establishing departments including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance evaluation, employee relations, retention, and education.
Manage human resources operations by staffing, orienting, training, advising, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job performance, disciplining, and firing an employee
Develop human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, analyzing, and reporting
Lead updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values
Establish & develop internal communication platform/channels as well as strengthen employer branding
Shape corporate culture along with top management team - Plan, forecast, and control headcount budget, personnel cost, and operational cost
Develop an effective training program
Mentor and coach HR teams
Job Requirement
Having experience working with people, grasping psychology, human behavior is an advantage
Excellent skills in listening, understanding, negotiating, and persuasion
Good presentation skills
Ability to work in groups, working with individuals
In-depth knowledge of labor law and practical experience applicable to good HR management
University degree in Human Resource Management or related fields
