Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Generalist with a strong background in Compensation & Benefits to join our dynamic team. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized individual who is passionate about supporting our employees and ensuring compliance with HR regulations, especially in areas related to C&B functions and some of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

● Monitor and oversee timesheet, leave balance monthly record and update

● Manage payroll, social insurance (SI), health insurance (HI), personal income tax (PIT), and other C&B-related activities.

● Prepare and track labor contracts, contract annexes, and handle contract renewals.

● Ensure the accuracy and up-to-date status of the employee database and personal profiles.

● Handle visas, work permits, and conduct all immigration activities for foreign employees.

● Generate periodic expat reports for relevant authorities (Labor Department, Immigration Department, etc.).

● Prepare HR-related reports as required by management and government authorities.

● Support administrative tasks in collaboration with the HR team, including maintaining workstations, organizing company events, coordinating health checks. ...

Job Requirement

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

● Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Specialist or similar role, preferably in FDI companies.

● Experience in acquiring visa, work permits for foreign employees (plus but not required).

● Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

● Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

● Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high accuracy and attention to detail.

● Feel at ease when communicating in English.
