ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the entire recruitment process, including identifying recruitment needs, posting jobs & sourcing candidates, interviewing and selecting, and performing input personnel information checks if required, provides introductory information for newcomers.
Manage Insurance, taxes and arising legal issues.
Calculate monthly salary, personal income tax, employee allowances, and bonuses according to company policy.
Observe employee satisfaction levels and maintain a positive, healthy culture within the company.
Carrying out internal administrative work: purchasing and allocating equipment and stationery, monitoring administrative work in the office.
Observe employee satisfaction levels and maintain a positive, healthy culture within the company.
Develop human resources policies and procedures.
Evaluate work performance and assist in evaluating employee salaries.
Participate in other assigned projects.
Job Requirement
SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
Graduated from Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
Have at least 4-5 year of experience in a similar position.
Recruitment, payroll, timekeeping skills.
Knowledge of labor law, taxes,...
Proficient in MS Office. Able to organize and manage time and withstand pressure.
Positive working attitude, willing to learn and help colleagues.
Have good communication skills and relationship building skills at work.
