Position Overview:
Deal with Daily operations in HR team on all HR aspects and help build a positive and dynamic working environment
Responsibilities:
· Manages the department's policies, programs, and procedures
· Manage attendance and leave data and compose payroll data to 3rd party to payroll processing; Review payroll report, distribute payslip and answer inquires from employees if any;
· Provide strong support on recruitment, e.g. cold call potential candidates, evaluate the overall qualifications of candidates, make offer proposal, etc.
· Manage employee relations, including handling employee complaints and disputes, and promoting a positive working environment
· Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leave and resolve any issues that may arise
· Collect market best practice and internal feedback on HR policies, statistics, analysis of related data for management review and continuous improvement on HR process and services
· Collaborate with the China team to provide support in human resources and administration to relevant parties, not only VN entities;
· Ensure compliance of HR practice with local laws and regulations;
· Supervise daily administrative operations, manage office resources, and ensure efficient utilization

· With can-do attitude and ability of thinking out-of-the box.
· Excellence proficiency in MS office including excel and PowerPoint.
· Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
