Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks and onboarding new employees.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Gather and analyze HR-related data to assist in talent mapping.
Develop creative ideas for employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, company website, and internal communications.
Assist in organizing and promoting employer branding events, such as job fairs, webinars, and employee engagement activities.

3rd/4th-year students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related major.
At least 3-month Internship.
Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
Organized, creative and highly responsible.
Be proactive & progressive.
