Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a HR Manager (Manufacturing, $1500, ID15590):
- Assure the HR team's administration and performance.
- Hiring and assigning employees to the office and production in accordance with the needs
- Providing orientation and training to new hires. Putting in place internal and required training initiatives
- Observing, creating, and overseeing employment agreements
- Creating a KPI system and putting in place an assessment and incentive system for staff
- Putting into practice and overseeing the tasks related to social insurance, personal income tax, pay computation, and attendance management
- Advising and making recommendations to the BOD regarding matters pertaining to human resources
- Other tasks assigned by director or BOD.
Job Requirement
- Male; Ages: 30 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's Degree or above.
- Have at least 5 years of working experience in HR Management in manufacturing company.
- Good at English
- Have strong relationships with government departments: Social Insurance, fire prevention, labor management department..
