Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, sociology, law or a related field.
10+ years of experience of HR (Manufacturing industry preferred).
At least 5years experience at HR advisor or Manager level.
Business-level (Fluent) English and Vietnamese
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Business Acumen (Strategic thinking,Data analysis and interpretation and Knowledge of labor laws)
Ability to lead and mentor a team of HR and Administration.
HR Expertise (Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance, Compensation)
Technological Skills (Microfost office, Data management, HR software)
