I Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
-Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and hiring new employees.
-Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.

II Employee Relations:
-Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disputes.
-Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
-Resolve conflicts and promote open communication between management and staff.
-Ensure that company policies and practices are aligned with employee needs and legal requirements.
III Performance Management:
-Lead the performance appraisal process, helping managers assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
-Assist with the development and implementation of employee development plans and career progression pathways.
-Promote and manage recognition and reward programs to motivate and retain employees.
IV Compensation & Benefits:
- Oversee the organization’s compensation structure, ensuring it is competitive and equitable.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and adjust compensation packages as needed to retain top talent.
- Ensure the C&B are processed appropriately and timely; manage Personal Income Tax (PIT), including registrations and PIT finalization.
- Manage Attendance Records, Leave administration and Insurance compensation.
- Draft decisions on commendation and reward, discipline, labor contract termination, and relevant letters
V HR Policies & Compliance:
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures that comply with labor laws and industry standards.
- Ensure that all HR activities adhere to local laws, as well as company policies.
- Handle HR audits, internal investigations, ISO and legal compliance matters.
VI HR Administration:
Manage employee records, ensuring they are accurate, up to date, and confidential.
Coordinate and manage the HR department’s budget and resources.
Provide administrative support for HR functions, including preparing reports, documentation, and HR-related correspondence.
VII Training & Development:
- Conduct new staff orientation on organization, and internal labor rules.
- Overall in charge of Training administration.
VIII Regional Report, program and Workday project
- Ensure to implement Regional Programs
- Serve as the main contact for the implementation of regional projects in Vietnam.
- Follow Workday project and implementation
IX HR shared service with Rhenus Warehousing
- Act as HRM in Rhenus Warehousing
- Supervise, review and implement strategic HR Policy, System, Procedures, Policies, Regulations & Guidelines in compliance with Vietnamese laws and ensure good implementation;
- Give advice about the law to Directors in circumstance cases;
- Ensure the C&B are processed appropriately and timely; manage Personal Income Tax (PIT), including registrations and PIT finalization.

- Skilled in negotiation, communication, interpersonal and presentation.
- Good knowledge of Labour Law
- At least 3 years working experience in related field is required for this position
- Graduated from university with relevant faculty
