1. Compensation & benefit:
• Prepare monthly timesheets and allowance entitlement for payroll processing.
• Cooperate with related parties to prepare documents for Social Insurance procedures and claimations.
• Control and keep appropriately filing employee personal profiles. Update employee information/ personnel changes in HRIS.
• Prepare employment conditions and documentation (such as labor contracts, employment confirmation, and termination documents) for all local employees.
• Make labor-related reports to management and government authorities.
• Work closely with departments, and assist line managers to understand and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Arrange medical care insurance and worker compensation insurance, annual health check-up for staff.
• Perform other tasks assigned by HR Manager as required.
2. Staff activities
• Enhance Company Culture by building up internal events and activities to keep good connections between employees and bring up spirit for employees.
• Coordinate with other departments to implement internal events and activities.
• Design posters and create content for events.
- Education: Bachelor Degree (Economics, Business Administration, Foreign Language Studies or related fields)
- Experience:
• 1-3 year experience working in HR field.
• Working experience in a Foreign Company is an advantage.
- Other skills and knowledge:
• Have a good knowledge of Vietnamese labor regulations.
• Have a complete understanding of the Company's internal labor rules, employee handbook, collective labor agreement, business code of conduct and any other policies and procedures issued by the Company and to adhere to the regulations contained.
• Have good planning idea/ concept.
• Have experience in using basic Photoshop/Design/Video editing skills.
• Excel at writing content attracting people.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Able to connect, encourage employees and be proactive in operation.
• High flexibility and adaptability.
• Hard working, high responsibility and cooperative spirit.
• Willing to learn and to be trained.
• Good command of English and Vietnamese both written and verbal communication.
• Japanese speaking is an advantage.
