Role Description
This role will work closely with the Human Resources Manager (HRM) to lead the administration of the company's onboarding program, maintain accurate employee records and trade union activities, implement engagement programs, manage the office operation on a daily basis, and contribute to other HR and administrative initiatives.
Responsibilities
● Providing HR Operations and Services delivery.
● Ensuring the on-boarding process for new hired staff is conducted smoothly.
● Managing database of all staff (including data in excel, hard copies employee profiles, e-profiles, timesheets …) to ensure that all staff information is recorded correctly and filed carefully.
● Improving processes & procedures, making recommendations to enhance productivity and simplification.
● Managing the labor contract of all staff to ensure complying with the labor laws.
● Cooperating with external expat services vendors to ensure that work permit, temporary resident card, visa, … are processed on time.
● Manage the trade union activities.
● Preparing employee’s related reports to relevant parties to ensure all data requests are provided on time and carefully.
● Conducting regular surveys and feedback sessions.
● Supporting Office Management (coordinator for office equipment; post + mailing, order stationary, safety work environment procedure, necessary equipment and payment system process).
● Execute the ongoing and innovative internal engagement programs and HR related events including guests visit.
● Assisting HRM with the off-boarding process to ensure that all leavers are guided carefully, and all related actions from related parties are performed timely and in line with the labor laws.
● Assisting with all employee queries to ensure employees’ satisfaction.
● Participating in various HR projects as assigned by the line manager.
● General support for the HR team.
Job Requirement
Requirement
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
● Strong knowledge of Vietnam labor laws and HR best practices.
● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
● Customer service mindset and high degree of adaptability.
