HR SECTION MANAGER

Job Description

We provide shuttle bus from Bien Hoa/ Cantavil Thu Duc/ Thu Duc Crossroad/ Ba Ria to our Factory (Nhon Trach) for this position.

• KPI Management
• Development and implementation of HR objectives, policies, and practices.
• Ensuring the implementation and application of all HR systems and policies.
• Prepare and deliver HR-related training modules.
• Organization Compliance: CSR / Legal
• Manage the system of ISO 14001/ ISO 45001 / SA8000
• Take responsibility for Social Media in Action Composites
• All HR-related issues

Job Requirement

• Bachelor in Human Resources Management or related major
• Several years of experience in HR-Management
• Master knowledge with training, compliance concept
• Solid knowledge and experience in labor law, social insurance, and income tax issues in Vietnam
• Preferably experience in an international environment/ organization
• Know international standards such as ISO/ SA8000/ IATF 16949 etc.
• Computer and English communication skills.
