KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE
Huawei Vietnam is looking for a passionate, dedicated, professional HR specialist/HRBP to join the team to drive talent development and business success. Job Responsibilities:
1. HR policy implementation and business support
Act as the HR partner of business departments to drive the efficient implementation of recruitment, performance, training, and incentive policies.
Provide professional HR consulting and customize HR solutions that meet business requirements to help the team achieve business success.
2. Recruitment and pipeline building
Lead/assist in omni-channel recruitment (social recruitment, school recruitment, and internal job transfer) to accurately match business talent requirements.
Optimize the recruitment strategy, establish the talent reserve for key positions, and build a high-quality and diversified team.
Participate in core talent development plans and enable managers and expert teams to grow.
3. Employee care and culture building
Build a bridge of communication between employees, focus on workplace experience, and create a positive team atmosphere.
Promote the implementation of corporate culture and work with managers to build a high-performance and cohesive team.
4. Organizational effectiveness improvement
Support talent counting, incentive allocation, pipeline optimization, and organizational effectiveness improvement.
Participate in workforce planning based on business strategies and drive organizational effectiveness improvement with professional skills.

o 作为业务部门的HR伙伴,推动招聘、绩效、培训、激励等政策的高效执行。
o 提供专业HR咨询,定制贴合业务需求的HR解决方案,助力团队业务成功。
2、人才招聘与梯队建设
o 主导/协助全渠道招聘(社招、校招、内部转岗),精准匹配业务人才需求。
o 优化招聘策略,建立关键岗位人才储备,打造高质量、多元化的团队。
o 参与核心人才发展计划,赋能干部与专家团队成长。
3、员工关怀与文化建设
o 搭建员工沟通桥梁,关注职场体验,营造积极向上的团队氛围;
o 推动企业文化落地,与管理者共同打造高绩效、高凝聚力的团队。
4、组织效能提升
o 支持人才盘点、激励分配及梯队优化,提升组织战斗力;
o 结合业务战略,参与人力规划,用专业驱动组织效能提升。
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
1. Academic background: Bachelor degree or above, major in human resource management, business administration, language, etc. is preferred;
2. Work experience: At least 3 years of HR work experience, possess systematic HR management theoretical knowledge, be familiar with recruitment, training, employee relationship, performance management, and other fields, and be able to flexibly apply the work based on business requirements.
3. Competency requirements:
Interpersonal communication and coordination skills, strong Chinese expression and information integration skills;
Ability to analyze and solve problems, and ability to learn and adapt quickly.
4. Language and globalization capabilities:
Chinese can meet the daily communication requirements, and English can be used as the working language. Experience in large foreign enterprises is preferred.

1. 岗位要求:
1、学历背景:本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、工商管理、语言等相关专业优先;
2、工作经验:3年及以上HR工作经验,具备系统的人力资源管理理论知识,熟悉招聘、培训、员工关系、绩效管理等某一领域,能结合业务需求灵活应用;
3、能力要求:
o 人际沟通与协调能力,具备较强的中文表达与信息整合能力;
o 问题分析与解决能力,快速学习与适应能力;
4、语言与全球化能力:
o 中文中文可满足日常沟通,英语可作为工作语言;
o 有大型外企工作经验者优先。
