Job Description

1. Manage the recruitment process end-to-end for a variety of roles, from entry-level to executive positions. Ensure that the required quantity is filled and completed within the specified time frame as per the department's request.

2. Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach

3. Conduct initial candidate screenings, schedule interviews, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.

4. Develop compelling job descriptions and post them on various job boards and internal platforms.

5. Track and report on recruitment report, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and diversity, and provide insights to improve processes.

6. Coordinate job offers, negotiate terms, and manage pre-employment processes (background checks, references, etc.).

7. Help build and maintain a positive company brand that attracts high-quality candidates.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.

9. Develop and Open Recruitment channel to attract Candidates

10. Create & Update Candidate Database

1. Quản lý quy trình tuyển dụng từ đầu đến cuối cho nhiều vị trí khác nhau, từ các vị trí cấp thấp đến các vị trí cấp cao. Đảm bảo hoàn thành công tác tuyển dụng đủ số lượng nhân viên và đúng thời hạn theo yêu cầu của bộ phận.

2. Xác định và tiếp cận với các ứng viên tiềm năng thông qua các kênh khác nhau như các trang việc làm, mạng xã hội, sự kiện kết nối, và liên hệ trực tiếp.

3. Tiến hành sàng lọc ứng viên ban đầu, lên lịch phỏng vấn và đưa ra khuyến nghị cho các quản lý bộ phận.

4. Phát triển mô tả công việc hấp dẫn và đăng tải trên các trang việc làm và nền tảng nội bộ.

5. Theo dõi và báo cáo các chỉ số tuyển dụng, bao gồm thời gian tuyển dụng, chất lượng ứng viên và tính đa dạng, và cung cấp thông tin để cải tiến quy trình.

6. Hợp tác với các quản lý bộ phận để hiểu rõ yêu cầu công việc, văn hóa đội nhóm và nhu cầu tổ chức lâu dài.

7. Điều phối các đề nghị việc làm, đàm phán điều khoản và quản lý quy trình tiền tuyển dụng (kiểm tra lý lịch, tham chiếu, v.v.).

8. Giúp xây dựng và duy trì thương hiệu công ty tích cực để thu hút ứng viên chất lượng cao.

9. Cập nhật thông tin về xu hướng ngành, các chuẩn mực lương và các phương pháp tuyển dụng cạnh tranh.

Job Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- At least 2-5 years of experience in recruitment for manufacturing/ production company

- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools

-  Experience with recruitment analytics and reporting is a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

- Good at English reading, writing, and speaking skills

Working Condition

- Work place:  Therm-x , VSIP 1, Thuan An, Binh Duong

- Employment time: Full time

- Working time: from 8AM to 4:30 PM
